A 4-story Holiday Inn Hotel 3D model with a total area of approximately 23,104 sq ft per floor (129'x173'x47' high) is available for purchase. The building materials include concrete, metal panels, EIFS, stone, and heating/cooling units. The model comes with glass reflections that may need adjustment based on the scene, a trash enclosure with a gate, canopies, an IES file for exterior lights, and signage. Textures are included in a zip file, grouped into one for easy movement. However, the interior is not modeled. The model was created using 3ds Max, rendered with V-Ray and HDRI sky but does not include the HDRI map.
