A detailed 3D exterior model of an office building and its site is available, with interior floor slab only modeled. The signage displays as a law office with changeable gold lettering in 3ds Max. The model is accurately scaled and dimensioned (Imperial): Building has 37,278 polygons and 32,794 vertices (-86' x 53' x 18-0'' at main parapet); site has 22,969 polygons and 13,885 vertices (238' x 232'). The model includes a subdivision modifier for 3D grass on the site, which can be disabled to reduce polycount. Materials used are brick, metal panel, and gold signage. Site features concrete sidewalks, asphalt, grass, and wood trash enclosure. Includes exterior building enclosure, canopies, signage, roof-top mechanical units, doors, windows, light fixtures, wood wall panels, sidewalks, handicap signs, parking and directional signs, stop sign, trash enclosure, site light poles, and grass. Rendered using Vray in 3ds Max with HDRI sky (HDRI map not included). Textures are provided in a zip file but will need relinking. Building objects are grouped for easy scene movement, same as site objects. Model is set to 0,0,0 axis, with all objects named accordingly. Interior isn't modeled. The FBX file includes 3ds Max 'Shell Modifier' for Unity import thickness. Note that other formats may need modifications in different software. Enjoy!
