A detailed 3D exterior model of an office building is available, with the interior only featuring the floor slab. The signage on the building indicates it as a law office, and the gold lettering can be easily customized in 3ds Max. The model is accurately scaled and measured at (Imperial) +/- 86' x 53' x 18-0'' at main parapet, equating to approximately 4,679 square feet. It is constructed from materials such as brick, metal panel, and gold signage. The model includes various features like exterior enclosures, canopies, roof-top mechanical units on curbs, textures, doors, windows, light fixtures, and wood wall panels. It was modeled using 3ds Max and rendered with Vray and HDRI sky, though the HDRI map is not included. All textures are provided in a zip file but will need relinking upon unzipping. The objects are grouped for easy scene navigation and positioned at 0,0,0 axis. Objects are named accordingly, but note that the interior isn't modeled. As it was made using 3ds Max, other formats may require modifications to work correctly in other software. An FBX file is provided with a 'Shell Modifier' added to some polygons for Unity import.
