A 3D model of a commercial office building or warehouse is available with limited interior features including walls, columns, beams, and purlins. The model can be customized to showcase an office building by separating overhead coiling door bays. Customization options include roof color, corrugated panel color, and door colors. Materials used in the model consist of vertical corrugated metal panels, stucco base, metal standing seam roof, concrete sidewalks, grass, concrete curbs, hollow metal doors, aluminum doors, and parking stripes. The 3D model includes a site, parking area, and building and is designed to scale with dimensions of 175'x228' for the site and 120' x 50' x 19' high for the building. It has 26,248 polygons and 39,684 vertices. Grass in the model has a subdivision modifier to create a 3D effect. The model was created using 3ds Max and rendered with V-Ray and HDRI lights (HDRI lights are not included). A cityscape image is used for window reflections (image not included). Building and site objects are grouped separately for easy use. All objects are logically named, and the model is located at 0,0 axis. Textures are included in the zip file, and hardware such as hinges, strikes, and levers are also included on doors.
