This 3D model showcases a commercial office building or warehouse with limited interior details, featuring walls, columns, beams, and purlins. It can be customized to represent an office building by separating each bay of overhead coiling doors. Customization options include varying the color of the roof, corrugated panels, and doors to suit your preference. Building materials encompass vertical corrugated metal panels, metal standing seam roofs, concrete sidewalks, grass, concrete curbs, hollow metal doors, aluminum doors, and parking stripes. The model comprises the site, parking area, and building, all accurately scaled and dimensioned: a 175'x228' site and a 120'x50'x19' high building with 25,976 polygons and 39,185 vertices. The grass area has a subdivision modifier for a displacement map to enhance its 3D appearance. Models are made in 3ds Max and rendered using Vray and HDRI lights, although HDRI lights aren't included. A cityscape image is used for window reflections, but it isn't part of the package. The building and site are grouped separately for convenience. All objects are logically named, and the model is located at 0,0 axis for easy scene movement. Textures are included in the ZIP file, along with hardware like hinges, strikes, and levers on doors.
