A 3D model of a commercial office building or warehouse features limited interior details, including walls, columns, beams, and purlins. The materials used include vertical corrugated metal panels, stone bases, metal standing seam roofs, concrete sidewalks, grass, concrete curbs, hollow metal doors, and parking stripes with concrete wheel stops. This model can be customized for an office building by separating each bay of overhead coiling doors, and the color of the roof, corrugated panels, and doors can all be changed to any desired hue. The 3D model includes the site, parking area, and building, and is modeled to scale with a site measuring 200'x185', and a building measuring 150' x 60' x 19'-8" high, containing 45,114 polygons and 72,488 vertices. The grass in the model has a subdivision modifier for displacement map to create a 3D effect. The model was created using 3ds Max software and rendered with Vray and HDRI lights but does not include HDRI lights. A cityscape image is used for window reflections, but this is not included in the package. The building and site are grouped separately for convenience. All objects have been named logically, and the model is situated at 0,0 axis for easy scene movement and location. Textures are included in the zip file, and hardware such as hinges, strikes, levers, and frames are also present on the doors. Note that the model was made in 3ds Max and has not been tested when exported to other software, so some cleaning up may be required. Enjoy your modeling experience!
