This is a 3D model of a commercial office building or warehouse featuring walls, columns, beams, purlins. It can be customized for an office building by separating each bay of overhead coiling doors and allows changes in the color of roofs, corrugated panels, and doors. Building materials include vertical corrugated metal panel, metal standing seam roof, concrete sidewalks, grass, concrete curbs, hollow metal doors, and parking stripes. The 3D model includes site, parking, and building. It is modeled to scale and dimensions: site (200'x185') and building (150' x 60' x 19'-8"), with a total of 44,810 polygons and 71,925 vertices. The grass has a subdivision modifier for displacement map to make it look 3D. It was modeled in 3ds Max and rendered using Vray and HDRI lights (HDRI Lights not included). A cityscape image is used for window reflections (image not included), with all objects named logically. The building is grouped into one group, while the site is in a separate group. The model is located at 0,0 axis for easy scene movement and location. All textures are included in the zip file, and hardware like hinges, strike, lever, and frame are also included on the doors. Note that it was made in 3ds Max and exported files may require cleaning up if used in other software. Happy modeling!
