Commando Connector Mounting Bracket

Commando Connector Mounting Bracket

This is an assembly of Solidworks 2015 files for a mounting bracket that securely holds a 16A chassis mount commando connector in place on an appliance. The design is specifically tailored to wrap around a sturdy 25.4mm/1" diameter tube frame, providing a snug and stable fit. I've included both the individual SolidWorks parts as well as an STL export of each component for added convenience. I successfully printed this mounting bracket on my Tronxy X5S using high-quality Ziro florescent orange PLA filament. The optimal printing settings were achieved with a head temperature of 215C, a bed temperature of 65C, and a generous 100% infill density to ensure maximum strength. A precise .2mm layer height was used in conjunction with a .4mm nozzle for crisp details. Additionally, I utilized a raft to prevent warping and promote even cooling during the printing process.
