Commander Pro Light Mount

This is a light mount for the Commander Pro. Its non-adjustable, fixed angle. It mounts using the 2-4 bolts to secure the front handle to the chassis. I designed it only to work with this specific light (medium size): https://a.co/d/a78vD76 Print Settings: Filament: PLA+/PLA Infill: 15% Walls: 2 Supports needed for case No supports needed for the end cap There are 4 files File 1 - The front handle on the CP uses 4 bolts (2 on each side). This version of the case uses the top 2 bolts on each side because those are 50mm in length. The bottom two bolts are shorter, so I avoided using them for this version. Requires two washers (checkout the image with the brown background, the two washers at the bottom is what you'll use). How secure is it? GOOD/FINE Amazon link to Washers (US): https://a.co/d/aFH02Pm All washers and locks are in this set. File 2 - This case uses all 4 bolts. Washer and lock are REQUIRED. You will need to purchase washer, lock, and two additional M5 40mm bolts. See image with brown background for how to use washers and lock with this version of the case. Ignore the two larger washers at the bottom, those are meant for File 1. How secure is it? This one does not need any spacers/washers but its recommended. Youll need to replace the bottom two bolts with two 40 M5 bolts. How secure it is? OKAY M5 Bolts: https://a.co/d/fxvPQ4x File 4. Cap can be used with either one. Just align the groove on the bottom and it will snap in and stay in with friction. Once the light box is mounted on the wheel, simply slide the light in using the insert on the bottom. It will be a little tricky the first time. Put the cap on and youre done. The opening on the left side will let you turn it on/off and charge without taking it off.
