Comic book stand Version 1
thingiverse
I designed this stand initially so I wouldn't have to break the bank to display my comics and avoid a wall-mounted comic holder. The side-printed stand requires no supports, which is impressive. If it's any smaller, it won't hold a comic upright, but it can easily hold bagged, boarded, or plastic-cased comics. I'm already planning another similar design with less of an incline and a larger end. One tip: adding an extra layer of cardboard to the print before placing the comic can make it more rigid and reduce bending. It took me exactly one and a half hours to print this stand using 14% infill, which works perfectly well - even less infill would suffice. This is my first successful design, and I'm eager to create many more.
