This particular STL/3mf file contains geometry to make the handle for my 20 Ozark Tumbler, which is approximate 87mm in diameter. Note that the ring is actually slightly tapered so that in matches the tapering/curvature of the actual tumbler providing a nice solid interface. The inner top of the ring is about 87.5mm the inner bottom is about 86.25mm.

The one shown was printed in PLA, but if you plan to leave this on your cup in your car during the Summer months, I'd recommend ASA, but to be honest, I haven't seen any deformation yet on mine.

This was designed to print 100% without supports and does so very nicely. I tried to design it to be comfortable in your hand while providing a solid grip. I printed this with 0.2mm layers, 5 perimeters for strength, and with 20% gyroid infill.

If you'd like to adapt this to another tumbler, I've included the STEP file exported from Fusion 360. Enjoy!
