I've never been a fan of traditional thumb picks because by the time I managed to get one that fit snugly, it would push my cuticle into the nail bed underneath. This innovative design features a contoured interior that distributes pressure evenly across both the nail and the back of my thumb. This particular version is a hybrid flat pick/thumb pick designed for those of you who struggle to play 10 notes with a standard flat pick without the pick flying out of control. I've carefully tapered the pick's thickness to ensure it's sturdy yet offers flexibility at its tip. Instructions: To get started, this pick prints on edge using the native orientation found within the STL file. Printing in PLA with 0.2mm layers and 0.4mm line width produces optimal results in terms of strength. The STL file comes equipped with built-in support for the thumb section that peels away effortlessly, eliminating the need for additional supports.
