Comfortable gag for extended wear. The mouthpiece has an elliptical shape, designed to maximize wearer comfort (view images). Secure straps at the side as desired. The outer diameter of this gag measures 55mm, equivalent to about two inches in circumference. A hole with a diameter of 45mm, or roughly one and three-quarters inches in diameter, is also present.
