Combined Z-top and Filament guide

This is a combined guide for ensuring your long Z screw remains straight and acting as a filament guide. Designed specifically for my Alfawise U30 (Longer LK2 clone), but likely to work with other printers. To ensure stability, you should include a ball bearing, measuring 8mm in inner diameter and 16mm in outer diameter. While it's possible to use this setup without the bearing, I didn't test its functionality without one.
