I'm working on a custom PVC lightsaber for my son, and here are two key components: the emitter and the body. The emitter's dimensions mirror those of a standard 1-1/4" schedule 40 electrical PVC pipe, while the body is based on a 1" schedule 40 PVC pipe. To bring this project to life efficiently, I suggest printing only the emitter and then cutting out the body from a matching PVC pipe. This initial model serves as a visual guide for how these two parts will come together seamlessly.
