This holder was far too thin. Mine broke in half the first time I mounted it. So I made it thicker through the middle for strength. I can't find the bloody thing, so I can't give the creator attribution, but I am also using the lower filament guide. As this occupies the same hole as the left hole of the cable holder, I decided to merge the 2 together and have a combined filament guide and cable holder. Works well.
