Combined Drop-Down Longboard

Rewrite the text as follows: The Combined Layered Drop-Down Longboard design is based on a concept described in this article (http://www.townscooter.com/p/combined-drop-down-longboard). It's a drop-down longboard that can be assembled without veneer pressing; just cut the parts using CNC router, laser cutter or electric jigsaw. Baltic birch plywood is recommended for construction. For riders weighing less than 70 kg, use 9 ply (12mm) plywood for the main platform, and for those between 70-110 kg, use 11 ply (15mm). Additional notes: only need the DXF file to create longboard parts; 3D model files provided for reference; truck wheelbases should be more than 2”, using Randal trucks as example; adjust wheel cutouts for shorter offset trucks; drill holes for new or old school mounting based on your truck's model; inner and outer bolt distances vary, but plans use 53.2mm; place washers between parts and use risers to increase drop level; licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.
