Combine Soldier Helmet

My Custom Combine Soldier Helmet Cosplay Design, Ready for Printing and Wear! I created this helmet specifically for my cosplay needs, keeping in mind that I'm still learning 3D modeling basics. Despite its imperfections, it's fully compatible with 3D printing technology and wearable as is. Important Update: I noticed that Fusion exported the OBJ files in a compressed format, resulting in low-poly versions. I've re-uploaded much improved STL files for your convenience. Update June 26, 2020 - Top of Mask Enhancement: I refined the top of the mask to give it a more rounded appearance. The updated file is now available as Main Mask 2.stl. Update June 28, 2020 - Respirator Component Update: I redesigned the base for the respirator parts, increasing their thickness to 2mm and adjusting their shape to match the in-game model more closely. The updated files are Breather_1_2.0 and Breather_Base_2.0. Minor Revision November 2020: This design is now considered final, as it's become too large for my computer to process. However, it works perfectly well and can be built without any issues. Important Note: This helmet has a tight fit. My head measures 23 inches (58cm) around at its widest point. If your head size exceeds this, you'll need to scale up the design accordingly. Coming Soon: A Readme PDF with printing tips and assembly instructions will be available soon. For now, you'll need small wood screws (approximately 10mm long and 2mm in diameter), a 1/4" wooden dowel, and three 8mm magnets for assembly. Additionally, you can glue 9mm sewing snaps to attach the magnetically separating "breather" component to a balaclava or other face covering.
With this file you will be able to print Combine Soldier Helmet with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Combine Soldier Helmet.
