Combination Safe (Letters)

I got creative and made a change, switching to letters instead of numbers on the rings. This made it more fun since you could spell out many different 5-letter words. You can also choose a combination that holds special meaning for you. Since there are still only 10 letters per wheel, I deliberately chose the letters to maximize the number of possible words. At least 80 words can be spelled (that's how many I've found), and likely more than that exist. I also included a blank ring in .stp format so you can create your own custom ring using whatever CAD program you like. Post-Printing: Sanding Required These parts didn't fit together at first, as with everything I've printed before. After some sanding with sandpaper, it came together nicely. How I Designed This Project I used Autodesk Fusion 360. Visit the Autodesk website for more information on this product.
