Combination Lock - work in progress

thingiverse

I'm attempting to reverse-engineer the combination lock created by UGears for their wood safe, which can be found at https://ugearsmodels.com/safe.html. Assuming their 4mm laser-cut plywood (or MDF) is used, a simple proportional resize of the DXF will adjust the plans to accommodate other thicknesses. As all components were drawn using only intuition and visual acumen, the code wheels and front dial need reworking in order to replicate the code tables displayed in the manual. It should be fairly functional at this point, but as I don't have access to a laser cutter over the next few months to test it, I will leave it as is so others can rework and integrate it into their projects. As an assembly guide and visual aid, you can Google for the official UGears' user guide PDF.
