Designed for Creality Ender 3 or similar printers with a 6.25mm knurled shaft protruding 12mm from the control panel. Inspired by the combination dial remix, but that one's tailored for shorter shafts. Created in OpenScad and utilizing the 'Star' library found at https://gist.github.com/anoved/9622826. The numbers and slots are accentuated by dipping them in a strong coffee solution made from old coffee grounds mixed with cold water. This method works adequately for my purposes. A newer photo is a reprint, where the number area was printed at 0.08mm layer height and the rest of the dial at 0.16mm. Post-processing involves gently smoothing the numbers area further and applying plasticine to enhance the appearance. The result looks significantly better than the coffee method.
