Combination 9v Battery Dispenser + Business card Dispenser + Sticker Dispenser
thingiverse
In my work, I rely heavily on 9v batteries, business cards, and stickers. To stay organized, I designed this tool bag insert to keep all three easily accessible. The battery dispenser can hold up to eight batteries per stack, totaling twenty-four batteries. For the grippers to function properly, they should be printed in a flexible material and securely attached. Without them, the batteries tend to bounce around in my vehicle's storage compartment and fall out of the dispenser. The card dispenser has an impressive capacity, holding more than 500 cards or up to 900, depending on their size. The sticker dispenser is designed to hold a single roll of 1000 stickers, but the actual capacity may vary greatly based on sticker dimensions. While the battery and card dispensers can be used independently after printing, the sticker dispenser requires modification before it can function solo. Due to the loose fit of the card dispenser lid, I included a lid lock for added security. Alternatively, you could consider thickening the lid slightly to create a tighter seal. To simplify the process of bending springs, I designed a device that assists with this task. Although it may not be perfect, I successfully bent ten springs using this tool, and they turned out much better than when I used pliers. If I were to recreate this design, I would consider using threaded inserts instead of square nuts or printed platforms rather than screws.
