This is a combat ring designed for the Streamlight Protac 1L-1AA flashlight. Several manufacturers produce similar accessories for SureFire lights, but none have created one specifically for the Protac series from Streamlight. This product is my version of the Thyrm Switchback, tailored to meet this light's unique needs. These rings allow users to retain a handheld light while also employing a semi-two-handed grip on their firearm, all while maintaining control over the light itself. To achieve optimal functionality, it is essential to remove the button guards from the tail cap; doing so will enhance overall performance and prevent bruised fingers when attempting to activate the light in a shooting grip. To print this design, use ABS material, following the exact layout outlined in Flashlight_ring_full.stl. A minimum of 60% infill with 1.2mm walls is recommended. Post-printing cleanup may be necessary to ensure proper fitment; once completed, securely bond the components together using acetone.
