In the wake of recent controversy surrounding the #TrazaJalisco initiative promoted by the state government to intervene through #arteurbano 110 columns of Line 3 of the light rail, in Guadalajara, the central problem of the function and maintenance of these residual spaces in the city is being overlooked.
