Column Chess Set

I was experimenting with crafting game pieces for my tabletop games, and when I showcased them at game night, my friends were convinced I was creating a chess set. So I did create a chess set. The pawn in this collection inspired the entire set, and I scaled it up to craft the other pieces within the same theme. I designed all of the models using Tinkercad's tools, specifically the "Twisted Polygon" script for the column, and the "Wavy Topped Cylinder" script for the tops. One great feature is that these geometric waves allow you to stack the pawns head-to-head in an oddly satisfying way. The most challenging piece was the Knight, which I created by cutting a bishop's head in half and reassembling it. I'm pleased with how it turned out, and it seems to fit perfectly within the theme.
