Son and I were excited to make Columbus pancakes today, a perfect way to celebrate Columbus day in the US. We searched online and found this project linked here - what a great design! I visited Cookie Caster and created my own version with ease. The cross on our pancakes represents the artwork found on Columbus' ships. It took me only 5 minutes to draw the design and 45 minutes to print it out, just in time for our delicious pancake feast. And let's not forget the yummiest blueberry topping ever - blueberry ships!
