This organizer is designed to print with a .8 nozzle .4 and .2 will work fine as well. The box is extremely tight. I've allowed about 1mm play between all the boxes so make sure you have esteps and flow correct. Your printed walls should be 1.6mm thick. This organizer will hold Colt Express and the 2 major expansions with no issues. With thin sleeves it will also hold the solo expansions. Room is tight so I took our the scenery, but you can always toss it in next tot he train and stage coach. It will not hold the promo barn, plateau or Delorian but that stuff is all scenery and does not impact the game. The lid sits on the box correctly.
