I took the basic Colt Express car created by Dnk85 and added cut outs for 4 pennies to be glued in. I wanted the cars to weight more and pennies are the easiest and cheapest options. If your printer can bridge a gap wide enough for a penny you'll be fine. I threw in some excess space in case the bridge sags a bit.
