The Colosseum, a monumental amphitheatre in Rome's heart, stands as one of ancient Rome's greatest architectural feats, built on an elliptical design that captivates the city's central landscape. It was constructed between 70 and 72 AD under Vespasian's reign, with Titus completing it in 80 AD, and Domitian making subsequent enhancements until his death in 96. The Colosseum model boasts an astonishing 848,844 polygons, offering a highly detailed representation of the iconic landmark. However, this intricate model lacks moving parts, limiting its interactive capabilities. Despite these limitations, the model includes basic UV mapping, allowing users to customize its appearance with precision. Additionally, it comes equipped with an mtl file that can be read by most software programs to enhance colorization and visual fidelity. One set of texture maps is included, accompanied by corresponding bump maps that add depth and realism to the model's surface. While designed for medium to long-distance shots, this model may display pixelation when viewed up close due to its high poly count.
