This is my creation of a fun puzzle called "HABA Color Pie" designed for kids aged 2+. You'll need to print: 1x - Base 2x - A 180-degree angle piece in red 3x - 120 pieces in blue and sky blue 4x - 90 pieces in orange 6x - 60 pieces in green and lime 12x - 30 pieces in yellow Each angle set must be printed in its own color, forming a complete circle when combined. For example, 180 + 180 = 360 (a full circle), and 120 + 120 + 120 = 360 as well. You're free to use any colors you like or have on hand. This entire build weighs almost 500g. I've designed the base with a hexagonal hole to reduce plastic usage and print time. The base is still strong enough, and I was able to print it without supports. It's approximately 190mm in diameter, making it possible to print on a 200x200mm printer. There are also sets of cards with patterns that can be printed on a regular 2D printer. Please note that you'll need to color them based on your chosen plastic colors - this is easy to do using the "fill" tool in Photoshop. The card can be resized to approximately 225% and will then measure 180mm in diameter, fitting nicely inside the base.
