This 3D model was originally crafted with Sketchup 8, subsequently converted into multiple formats. Its native format remains .skp while 3ds Max scenes are designed using 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered using Vray 3.00. This architectural design comprises eight distinct house-like units with three bedrooms each. Upon entering the apartment, one is immediately greeted by a spacious coat closet. Straight ahead lies the dining room, adjacent to a double window and an expansive gourmet kitchen, featuring a narrow pantry alongside the refrigerator and fully integrated H/VAC system. The apartment's grandest space, however, is its living room – situated near the access point for the balcony, allowing for natural light to flood the space. Behind it lie three comfortable bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. Conveniently located within the apartment itself are laundry hookups, a thoughtful design choice that maximizes living comfort. Each unit boasts individual water heaters and spacious storage lockers, contributing significantly to their home-like ambiance. As its creator's ultimate goal is to blur the distinction between house and apartment living, these residences were deliberately designed to make dwelling in an apartment as appealing as owning a traditional home.
