This 3D model was originally made with Sketchup 8, then converted into every other 3D format. Its native file type is .skp, while a 3ds Max scene uses 2016 version, rendered using Vray 3.00 This is based on the same floor plan as the Houseboat, except for the laundry that has been moved to the garage addition. It features 6 over 6 and 4 over 4 double-hung windows along with an elliptical ceiling in the entry porch; there's a two-story living, dining, kitchen area. The master suite is located upstairs. Exterior surfaces are shingles covered in green trim with white divided lite windows installed. A service entry door stands open - enter freely and take a look inside.
