Colonial Meeples playset

For whatever reason, I found myself embarking on a path of creating Colonial Marine meeples, and it quickly gained momentum. Who would be satisfied with just Marines without any enemies to battle? I'm sure at some point I'll come up with a Queen meeple design, but for now, that's still in the works. Printing at this scale has its challenges, and my Ender 3 sometimes requires gentle sanding of the studs used to attach the weapons due to tolerance issues. The APC shown was scaled from OutofStep's M577 to 65%: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:483641 In theory, no glue is required as everything should hold together by friction alone. I've managed to assemble all the pieces just by pushing them into place, including the aliens. To complete this project, you'll need to print two power loader arms and flip the alien body 180 degrees to avoid messy supports. I might create additional gear for the marines in the future, but it can get quite fiddly with details like grenades and motion sensors. At some point, I'll either develop my own ruleset or adapt one from BoardGameGeek.com to suit this print-and-play setup.
