3D Model Details: Each element in the scene is designed to render in sharp detail at close-up distances. Two files saved in the *.max format are included with standardized materials. Large texture sizes ensure a visually detailed image. Accepted file types include max2013, 3ds, obj, and fbx formats. The model was originally created using Max 2013 Vray 3.60. High-Dynamic-Range images (HDR) titled HDR_111_Parking_Lot_2_Ref have been applied to every object in the scene. Scene objects are clearly labeled by name for easier management. All coordinates for model placement are real-world size in centimeters. Hidden or extraneous elements like lights and cameras are absent from the scene files. This 3D model is fully prepared for 3ds Max visualization needs. Previews were rendered using Max 2013 Vray 3.60 for high-quality visuals.
