Collet for Barska metal detector

I own a Barska Master edition metal detector. One day my collection of spare parts, which keeps the two portions together securely, suddenly went missing. Rather than spending $10 on a replacement part, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create one myself. Unfortunately, I didn't have a spare part to model my creation after, so I relied on measurements alone to guide me. Based on those numbers, I designed a replacement that should be a close approximation of the original. To install this custom-made part, you'll need to split it vertically along its length, allowing it to fit snugly around the smaller pole portion. A sharp knife came in handy for making this precise cut. Once you've got it fitted, simply attach and tighten as usual.
