A few weeks back, I acquired a "BMG Dual Drive" extruder clone that's been giving me trouble. The collet clip is woefully loose, causing the bowden tube to bounce up and down with every retraction. Determined to resolve this issue, I designed three new collet clips in 1.3mm, 1.4mm, and 1.6mm thicknesses. To my relief, the 1.6mm clip fit snugly into place, leaving no room for slippage or movement.
