
COLLENCE MOSFET Case with 70mm fan pattern

This is a MOSFET case that I designed to fit a 70mm fan lying around my shop, and [this MOSFET](https://goo.gl/Y7VXUR) I purchased from Amazon online. As a huge fan of all metal threads for their durability, all fastener connections are designed with thermal inserts in mind. The 70mm fan also has threaded inserts, but they do not require heat, simply slipping into the fan mounting holes (as shown in the preview images). Here is a bill of materials for size and quantity of hardware used in my project. Hardware: 8x - [M2.5 x 0.45 - 5mm SHCS](https://www.mcmaster.com/#91292a009/=1btq9u5) 8x - [M2.5 x 0.45 - 3.4mm thermal set inserts](https://www.mcmaster.com/#94180a321/=1btqa1y) 4x - [M2.5 Flat Washer](https://www.mcmaster.com/#93475a196/=1btqb2y) 4x - [M3 x 0.5 - 14mm SHCS](https://www.mcmaster.com/#91290a119/=1btqc90) 4x - [M3 Flat Washer](https://www.mcmaster.com/#98269a420/=1btqcqy) 4x - [M3 x 0.5 Thread Insert](https://www.mcmaster.com/#94510a240/=1btqd9c) All M3 hardware is used to mount the fan, all M2.5 hardware is used to mount the MOSFET and fasten case halves together. See images for details. Also, half circle lugs on either end of the case bottom are used to zip-tie wires for strain relief, preventing them from fatiguing and breaking at the terminals. If there is any interest, I can upload STEP or Parasolid files if anyone wants to modify these parts to exclude thermal inserts.
