Collection of high-resolution elevation data for Belgium. Includes comprehensive geography maps. Import preview images, whose elevations have been enhanced for better visualization. Note that grey-scale values range between 0 and 1, representing height variations between minus one hundred metres and ten thousand meters. For the best results, grey-scale values need to be properly remapped. In this collection of elevation data, "LatLon" signifies that it is aligned with the following geographic coordinates: Minimum latitude: forty-nine point zero Maximum latitude: fifty-two point zero Minimum longitude: two point zero Maximum longitude: seven point zero Elevation maps, where Cartesian indicates that geographical coordinates have been mapped onto a giant earth sphere, the north and south poles adjusted to a grid, then repositioned at the origin for minimal distortion. These maps include several types of resolution.
