Collect two 4" vacuum lines - with gate/two way valve Tested with ASA settings: (0.6mm, 255C, 115C, 60% in fill, 15% Fan, CURA DRAFT- 0.2mm lh) Print without support Brim First trial: machine stopped printing and started making filament noodles! Second trial: same problem at the same point on the part; same noodle soup! Slice a section of the part with the problem and test again - still the same story! Remodel the part, and it prints perfectly. To be sure, I print the entire unit again. Third trial: two hours later, no more filament was fed into my extruder. Cheap filament? Maybe replace it with fancy one. I still love my printer; I think! Forth trial: same error - noodle soup! Remove the part until the problem is solved. Sorry! April 6, 2018: delete everything and redraw the part. Test a slice from it - everything looks okay now! I start to print the entire part, just in case. Fifth trial: ABS delamination! As a big boy now, I want to try new stuff; therefore, ABS seems like the next right step. However, my filament melted, and my part fell into the sea! My last failure has nothing to do with the design; you can print this part! Seventh trial was a failure. My printing nozzle is clogged; replace it with 0.6mm (it was 0.4mm). Print will take now only 10 hours - less than half of time before! Wow! Eighth trial: on PLA with 0.6mm... in progress... 7 hours later, print looks bad; I realize that somehow I changed the quality of the print from draft to coarse. That gives me the answer - why it took 9+ hours. It's still going on; looks like I passed the "difficult" point in the print. I will reprint with draft settings later on! Print complete - bad print, however STL file proves to be good! Ninth trial: finally! A great print on ASA filament.
