<h3><strong>Overview</strong></h3><p>I always seem to lose my shirts' collar stays when doing laundry. &nbsp;Luckily, they are simple and fast to print! &nbsp;3D printing collar stays also allows for easy customization, like the chevrons I've included on the version I printed. &nbsp;Each print file will produce 4x sets of collar stays that print as a single grid of parts. &nbsp;The grid can just be cut apart using scissors and will help keep the remaining collar stays consolidated until you need to use them.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Printing</strong></h3><p>Under an hour print time, no supports necessary, and only a total of four print layers! &nbsp;I printed using PLA on the Prusa i3 MK3. &nbsp;I also opted to print the chevron version but I've included a blank version of the 2.5-inch size in both STEP and STL so you can easily customize your collar stays!</p><p>To customize the blank version, I recommend creating a sketch on the top surface of one of the parts, extrude a cut with a depth of 0.2mm (one layer of the print), and then pattern the cut feature to the remaining parts. &nbsp;Note that the part spacing is 0.45in horizontally and 2.55in vertically.</p><p>Please like it if you do and leave any comments!</p><p>Check out my <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@gcv3d?is_from_webapp=1&amp;sender_device=pc">TikTok</a>!</p><p>Check out my <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5bZDx5pKcU-l8q12rkAs9w">YouTube</a>!</p>
