Collar-nameplate for anti-tick-collar

My little dog frequently swaps his regular collar for an anti-tick one, so I decided a small name tag was in order, tailored specifically to fit the Scalibor Protector Band. I had my dog's name and phone number engraved onto it. Unfortunately, the end result is less than impressive, lacking finesse and polish. However, one redeeming feature stands out - the fact that it fits snugly onto the Scalibor band.
