Collapsing Pirate Sword (Removable Blade)

Collapsing Pirate Sword (Removable Blade)

I really loved the sword created by 3DPRINTINGWORLD, but I desired a steel blade, paired with a bronze hilt. Therefore, I performed a quick hack in Blender to create it similar to the removable blade lightsaber. The cap is designed to stay securely in place once screwed, yet I can easily implement an adjustment if some of you prefer it to be removable. Printed on Eryone Thinker (blade segments) and Creality Ender 3 (hilt and cap), utilizing Eryone Silk Silver and Silk Copper filaments. 0.2mm layer height was used for the blade segments, which were printed individually, in spiral vase mode, with a 0.4mm nozzle set to 0.8mm Line Width in Cura. A 0.12mm 50% infill was applied for the hilt and cap.
