Collapsing Pirate Sword (Print in Place)

This is a collapsing sword designed to be printed as one part. It measures only 142mm high when printed, but expands to over 860mm in total length! The expanding process makes a really cool noise due to the layer lines rubbing together, which often catches people off guard. The sword was designed to be printed with a .4mm nozzle, resulting in a blade that is two shells thick. I encountered some weird issues with blobs and zits during retraction until I turned on "wipe" and "coast". This problem seems to be related to the thin walls and narrow clearance between the blade segments. Every printer is different, but I had good luck with .15mm coast and 3mm wipe on my MK3. This is the second collapsing sword design; you can find the first version here. The second version is a little trickier due to the guard on the hilt causing issues. It gets a little flimsy at the top, so make sure you have z-hop turned on in case it curls. I've included a blank template of the sword in both STL and STP files, allowing you to create your own designs! Please post a remix so I can try to make one too! If anyone needs help, I added a file named "test print" which should work if everything goes smoothly. If it fuses together, consider adjusting your coast and wipe settings. I also included an extended version of the sword, where the blade comes out further. I thought some people's swords didn't extend as far as mine, so give this one a try and let me know the results.
