Collapsing Lightsaber flashlight mod for $4 torch

Multiple remixed ends that can be screwed onto the Collapsing Lightsaber (Removable Blade) allow a $4 torch to light up the blade. I've created new saber bodies that work with the blades, so search for my other creations to find the STL files shown in the picture. The $4 Flashlight used for this design is very cheap and comes in colors, allowing you to use clear PETG blades and color the blades as you wish using the LED. It's more efficient to use a colored LED instead of white light and filters or the blade to achieve the desired color. I've also figured out how to remove the multiple modes and strobe from the flashlight by soldering an insulated wire between the two points marked on the uploaded PCB drawing. This simplifies the design, making it just ON and OFF and much better. The design allows the clicky switch to be flush with the end and operated without needing to open the sabre at all. Simply press the flashlight into the hole in the end after using some hot melt to fix the zoom at the narrowest setting. Some of the ends have a little ring to file down until the fit is tight on the rear of the flashlight, which can vary depending on printer accuracy. Some tips for best results when printing: Print the blades in VASE mode so there is no seam and use a 0.8mm nozzle with a 0.5 layer height and 0.85 wide setting to make the print go much faster. On my Sidewinder X1 printer with Volcano hotend, I can achieve a 15-minute print time for each blade piece. When printing the smallest blade, turn on bottom layers so the tip does not have a hole in it, preventing light from leaking out if the flashlight is turned on with the blade collapsed. This also prevents the light from shining directly into your opponent's eyes. Use transparent PETG and then any flashlight can color the blades, allowing you to swap them out as you wish. I prefer the smaller version to match children's hands better. A photo shows both versions painted and mounted to a hilt to see the difference.
