Total length is approximately 80cm, although this may vary depending on the thickness of the printed walls. It's essential to use a wipe feature to prevent stringing and ensure clean prints. Additionally, randomly aligning the Z-seam will help maintain unfused blade tubes. Using a 0.4mm line width will also prevent over-extrusion. The end cap is designed for separation from the blade parts, facilitating easy removal if needed. However, in my case, the blades released smoothly from the bed without any issues. A raft has been added to the mid-blade to guarantee strong adhesion to the printing surface. This allows for seamless detachment once printed. After completing the print, you can also trim the edges of the other blades as desired.
