Collapsing Broadsword (Removable "sharp" Blade)

By popular demand, a new broadsword with a razor-sharp edge has been unveiled, replacing the traditional rounded blade. The hilt and cap have been uploaded, awaiting eager print jobs. The newly designed blade operates seamlessly, locks securely, and boasts exceptional smoothness after thorough testing. For optimal results, all blade segments must be printed using vase/spiral mode with zero percent infill, a nozzle width of 0.4mm, and a line width set to 0.8mm. A layer height of 0.2mm was utilized in this design, but alternative settings such as 0.12mm or 20% infill for the hilt and cap are also acceptable. The larger blade visible on the left side of the images will serve as a foundation for an upcoming project: the Sword of Omens.
