Collapsing Broadsword Mod v2 (Removable Blades)

I'm the one who did zero design work on this, so all credit goes to the original designer and the original remixer who made the blades removable from the original design. They did phenomenal work. Quite literally, they took the previous mod which allowed for removable blades on the amazing Collapsible Broadsword make and I simply turned it into multiple STL files. I like to print the blades individually in vase mode as I've had great success with this method, so since I took the time to split all the objects in this STL into 1 STL per object, I figured I'd share. Yes, I know it takes a while to print it this way, but I feel the quality and longevity are way better. I actually have been printing these in ABS to increase durability quite a bit because I have all boys, and printing them in PLA was just pointless as they'd be broken too quick, lol. My settings on my Qidi X-Max are below for those interested. No supports/rafts for any of it. If I didn't list it below, then it's likely a default for the Qidi X-Max ABS profile in Simplify3D. Blades (printed individually in vase mode): Material: ABS Nozzle: 0.4 Extrusion Multiplier: 1.0 Extrusion Width: Auto Retraction Distance: 3.0 Retraction Speed: 40 Coast: 0.15 Wipe: 3.0 Layer: 0.3 in Vase Mode Top/Bottom Solid Layers: 0 (I did 3 top for blade 1, but 0 for all others) Outline Layers: 1 (due to Vase Mode) First Layer Height/Width: 100% First Layer Speed; 40% Extruder Temp: 235 Bed Temp: 100 Cooling: 0 Default Printing Speed: 80 mm/s Outline Underspeed: 50% Adjust Printing Speed for layers below: 15s Advanced/External Thin Wall Type: Allow Single Extrusion Walls (This was necessary for Vase mode to work properly due to the random thickness of the cylinder) Advanced/Allowed Perimeter Overlap: 0% (necessary to avoid weird gaps) For the Handle and the screw in end-stop (same settings, printed separately): Material: ABS Nozzle: 0.4 Extrusion Multiplier: 1.0 Extrusion Width: Auto Retraction Distance: 3.0 Retraction Speed: 40 Coast: 0.15 Layer: 0.2 Top/Bottom/Outline Solid Layers: 4 First Layer Height: 120% First Layer Width: 100% First Layer Speed; 40% Infill: 100% (yes, I have all boys so I want sturdiness) Extruder Temp: 235 Bed Temp: 100 Cooling: 0 Default Printing Speed: 75 mm/s Outline Underspeed: 50% Infill/Structure Underspeed: 80% Adjust Printing Speed for layers below: 30s If you don't have a Qidi X-Max or similar, then I'd recommend customizing your settings to suit what works best for your particular printer.
