I needed a token tray for a Shadows of Brimstone insert I'm working on, but only had 40mm to work with. So I tweaked BasHamer's design to make it foldable. I also took out two of the token rods, so the trays sit mostly flat at the back. The town location diameter got bigger too, making the tokens easier to grab. The Fusion 360 project file and STLs are included. Print both parts, then put the outer ring over the inner one, letting them rest on a level surface with the inner ring twisted slightly counterclockwise. To store it, hold the outer ring with one hand and spin the inner ring clockwise to lock it in place. Unlock it by spinning counterclockwise again. For game use, lift the inner ring until the lip catches on the outer ring, then spin clockwise to lock it in place. UPDATE (2017-07-01): I decided to cut down the number of latches from 3 extra ones, which works much better now. I only re-printed the outer ring and can twist the rings with just enough force to latch them at the bottom or the top, without risking them coming apart. The STLs and Fusion files have been updated.
