Collapsible Cup

Collapsible Cup

There are two models available for editing, one that can be printed in a single piece and another that requires assembly of individual pieces for easier modification. I am attempting to create a collapsible cup suitable for camping, recalling designs from my Boy Scout days. I utilized Tinkercad, a 3D design tool, as it was new to me at the time. The cup was printed in one piece on a Monoprice Mini printer, with mixed results. The outer sections were printed with supports, while the inner section was embedded within the base plate. The issue with the original design is that Tinkercad's shape creation capabilities are limited to 64-sided objects, resulting in rough curves. Despite this limitation, the cup expanded properly and its sections fit together smoothly. However, slow leaks occurred due to the lack of smooth curves or inadequate printer resolution. I need assistance in refining the design with smooth curves to determine if it can be printed as a sealed cup.
