Colido (Print Rite) 2.0+ Nozzle fan
thingiverse
I own a Colido 2.0+ 3D printer that has been plagued by warped prints due to slow cooling times, so I designed this snap-on cooling fan inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1710023 to improve print quality dramatically. To install the fan, you'll need two or four M4 screws with a height of 20mm to secure the top part, fan, and bottom part together before snapping it into place. I've adjusted the fan's position slightly to the left to avoid touching the printer's front end. The wiring connects directly to the board where it labels "Fan" (see image) via a 1-meter cable. Fortunately, the board has reserved space for cooling the nozzle, which is controlled by software. To access the board, you'll need to flip the printer on its side, unscrew the plastic bottom part after shutting it off first, and then plug in the JST connector. Be cautious with polarity, or the fan won't function. The fusion360 files are included; any feedback or suggestions are appreciated!
